Thanks Strad! My manager fired me based on emotion. I said "this is bull shit" and then the manager said "you can't speak to a girl like that." So I hung up. Five minutes later was fired. I was already planning on resigning when I realized the situation. The engineer that replaced me only lasted two weeks.
