Hi Igor, I appreciate this! You're spot on, and I still talk with the developer I replaced. Unfortunately, he left for good reasons as well. And you are correct about it depending on the team, and some of the other groups I worked closely with were amazing. I'm still glad I took the job because of what I learned from other developers, data scientists, and managers during my short stint.
